Very rustic and quiet. Affordable! Beds are hard but nice and clean with good shower. I stay there every time I go to Fort Sumner.

Love everything about it, and you can't beat the price. Owner very nice , friendly and helpful. Cold Ac, hot shower and firm bed.
Nice little roadside motel. Rates were awesome and the owner was very nice. A little dirty. The mattress was pretty uncomfortable, but I had a foam pad I was going to use for camping later in the trip that solved the problem.
Clean rooms,quiet,great place to stay when in Fort Sumner,NM.short or long stays,far better than super 8 down the road
